Princess Pumpkin Crown

This pumpkin bread was made with home made princess pumpkin puree and ghee in place of butter. The recipe called for a traditional bread pan, but the bundt was calling my name from behind the cupboard door. Our stove runs hot so I took ten minutes off the total bake time, checking with a skewer often.
